Hulunbuir · Route
A five-day Hulunbuir plan: Hailar and its forest park, the winding Moleger River, Genhe Wetland's dawn viewpoint, the birch road through Enhe, Shiwei'
Land at Dongshan Airport or the railway station, then the Scots-pine forest park on the city edge (¥20) — a green warm-up before the prairie. Evening: Mongolian feast of shouba rou and pot tea in town.
Charter north past the winding Moleger River to Ergun city, climb the boardwalk above Genhe Wetland (¥65) for the golden-hour view, sleep in Ergun.
The prettiest road in the north: birch woods and flower meadows to Enhe, then on to Shiwei on the Argun River — log mukele house for the night, Russia across the water.
Walk or drive the 10 km river road to Linjiang — half mountain birch, half open grassland, ending at the eagle-beak crag of Laoyingzui. Sleep in a Linjiang log house.
Drive the forest road to Mordaoga for lunch and a short green-train hop if time allows, then return to Hailar for your flight or overnight train.
