A slow eastern day: the Swiss-style lakeside calm of OCT East Tea Stream Valley in the morning, the golden sand of Dameisha Beach Park in the afternoon, and Yantian seafood to finish. Bookable end-to-end by our team.
Tea Stream Valley. Bus out to Dameisha and up into OCT East (RMB 150; Tea Valley 09:30-17:30, Daxia Valley 09:30-18:30). Walk the replica Interlaken town — the lake reflection, the flower meadows and the hill paths; about four hours at a relaxed pace.
Dameisha Beach. Down to the free Dameisha Beach Park on Dapeng Bay (buses 308/380/B620/M207/M362 to Dameisha station) — surf, beach volleyball, speedboats and the long seaside boardwalk. Quieter option: the Oriental Hawaii of Xiaomeisha (RMB 30, buses 103/360/364/380/387).
Yantian Seafood Street. On the eastern shore, half an hour from downtown, the seafood restaurants serve the fresh catch in Hakka and Chaoshan style — oysters, abalone and steamed fish. Then the bus back west.
Hotels, theme-park tickets, beach shuttles and guides arranged by our team — free of charge, no obligation.
From the city, buses 308/380/M362 run to Dameisha; the holiday line and the sightseeing line also stop there. OCT East own shuttles climb from the Dameisha gate into the park. Allow about 1 h from Luohu.
Tea Stream Valley RMB 150, Dameisha free, Xiaomeisha RMB 30, buses RMB 5-10, seafood dinner about RMB 100-150 pp. Our team books the park ticket free.
Dameisha resort hotels let you watch the beach sunrise; back west, the St. Regis in KK100 (RMB 2,000+) or the City Inn by the theme parks (RMB 315+). Browse Guangdong hotels.
