The cultural west coast in one day: the 108-metre Sea Guanyin and Tang-style Nanshan Temple in the morning, then the romantic boulders of Tianya Haijiao in the afternoon. Bookable end-to-end by our team.
Nanshan Temple & the Sea Guanyin. Bus 25 or tourist line A west to Nanshan (¥150, 08:30–17:00). Walk the imitation-Tang Devaraja halls, bell-and-drum towers and sixteen arhats, then cross the causeway to the 108-metre triple-aspect Sea Guanyin on its lotus islet. The temple sightseeing car (¥30) loops the 7 km ground.
Vegetarian lunch. Eat at Yuanqi Lou inside Nanshan — the temple's famous vegetarian dishes that look and taste like meat but are entirely plant-based, the calm mid-morning to mid-afternoon pause.
Tianya Haijiao. Bus on 8 km west to Tianya Haijiao (¥100, 07:30–18:20) — the boulders carved 'Tianya', 'Haijiao', 'Nantian Yizhu' and 'Haipan Nantian' at Maling Hill, plus the viewing pavilion over surf and reef. The park is compact; the sightseeing car (¥10) is optional. Bus 25 or tourist line A back to Sanya; wait at the gate for the Nanshan-bound bus (¥3).
Resorts, island ferries, diving slots, forest-park cars and guides arranged by our team — free of charge, no obligation.
Bus 25 runs the whole Sanya–west-coast line; tourist line A loops Yalong Bay–Daxiao Dongtian. Taxi from the city to Nanshan is ~¥85 (40 min); between Nanshan and Tianya ~¥30.
Nanshan ¥150 (Sea Guanyin causeway included in park combos), sightseeing car ¥30; Tianya ¥100, car ¥10. Our team books both plus the vegetarian lunch free.
