Morning ferry from Penglai pier (about 40 min, ¥23–45). Start at Jiuzhang Cliff — the great cliff above the strait — then Crescent Bay’s pebble beach and Wangfu Reef.
The afternoon cruise to the seabird island — ten thousand gulls circling the cliffs — before the return ferry to Penglai.
