Qiongzhu is one of the nationally recognized “One Village One Product” specialties of Xiangyang Village, Daguan County, Daguan County, Zhaotong, Yunnan province, China. The program, run by China’s Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, certifies villages whose signature agricultural or handicraft product has become a local economic pillar and a point of regional pride. The certified village is located in Daguan County, Zhaotong — usually within an hour or two of the city center.
