Aimatudou is one of the nationally recognized “One Village One Product” specialties of Shanba Village, Nanmulin County, Nanmulin County, Rikaze, Tibet province, China. The program, run by China’s Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, certifies villages whose signature agricultural or handicraft product has become a local economic pillar and a point of regional pride. Grown in the region's fields, the vegetable is a fresh, everyday specialty that defines local flavor — from home cooking to festival dishes.

The certified village is located in Nanmulin County, Rikaze — usually within an hour or two of the city center.
